Portland Engineering, Inc. (PEI) was established in 1992 by Jeffrey M. Bruce, a licensed professional mechanical engineer. PEI has since evolved into a multi-disciplined engineering corporation with electrical, mechanical, and chemical professional engineers.
Over the years, PEI has focused its growth on instrumentation and controls, building extensive experience in a wide variety of applications in industrial and municipal projects. PEI provides engineering services in a format where professionalism, integrity and ethics are the top priority. Portland Engineering, Inc. now has two offices, one in Portland, Oregon and the second in Central Point, Oregon.
